1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Real Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services
Real Studios provides AI integration consultancy, automation design, rapid MVP development, and AI media solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.
3. Project Engagement
Our engagement process typically includes:
- Discovery phase to understand requirements and scope
- Proposal with defined deliverables and timeline
- Pilot or MVP development phase
- Documentation and handover
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones or project completion. Late payments may incur interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. Real Studios retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and methodologies. We reserve the right to use project learnings (anonymized) in case studies and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may execute separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when appropriate.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
Real Studios' total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
